A late-season European pear developed by the Harrow Research Station in Ontario, Canada. Vigorous and productive trees generally require fruit thinning. Sweet, juicy fruit will keep for about 10 weeks in proper storage. Excellent for fresh eating and canning. Good resistance to fireblight.
